Character Recognition Program:

This program is based on the belief that true character is not defined by scoreboards or standings, but rather how you behave when you think no one is looking. BAVC wants to recognize our players who have gone above and beyond in their pursuit of not only improving themselves, but also supporting and improving those around them.

We want to recognize our players at the end of each season who have demonstrated the following characteristics:

Dedication:

These are kids who showed the most improvement by giving a lot of energy, time, and commitment to hard work worthy of being recognized. They have taken a challenge and made a full investment to improvement.

Leadership:

These are kids who showed action in inspiring others. Kids that were uplifting and supportive. Took the initiative to be involved with everything and everyone.
