Dear Parents,

We are excited your child is joining us for the tryouts.

Below is information to help you prepare:

Nienhuis Community Center is located at 3201 N. 9^th St Broken Arrow, OK 74012.
Players will report to the check in desk. Players will check-in, get a tryout sheet, and have their picture taken. They will then go to Court 1 to warm-up.
Players will need to have a USAV medical release form printed and signed at check in. Player-Medical-Release
Players should bring a water bottle with a secure lid to avoid spills.

How Offers Are Made
After tryouts, calls will begin almost immediately. We will attempt to make all calls within 48 hours. We ask that players make a decision within 24 hours after their last tryout.
The Oklahoma Region prohibits clubs from pressuring players for commitments. Some common methods are persistent calls or texts. Another method is pulling a group of players aside immediately after tryouts and telling them in a group that they made the team, but they must commit at that time. This method is particularly bad for kids as it creates peer pressure among players, but more importantly, it excludes a key piece in the child's life, the parents. We believe the acceptance of an offer from a club is a personal decision best made between a player and a parent. This is why our offers are personal contacts to parents and players.
